Inspired by Ruby's Worry, this gentle workshop invites children to explore the wide range of emotions we all experience: joy, worry, happiness, and sadness, through playful sensory activities.
Using music, colour and textures, we'll encourage children to recognise, understand and express their feelings in a safe and nurturing space. The workshop is designed to engage the senses, spark curiosity and foster a sense of connection and creativity for child and grown-up to experience together.
