Join Fenella on Mondays and Fridays for Yoga in The Ballroom at The Bedford. Fenella enjoys teaching creative, varied and fun yoga in London and delivers classes to over 150 people a week in SW London. She runs regular international yoga holidays and caters to all age groups and abilities. Monday Classes: 9.15 am-10.30 am – HATHA FLOW FOR ALL LEVELS AND GENTLE YOGA 10.45 am-11.45 am – GENTLE YOGA FOR ALL STAGES OF LIFE Friday Class: 11.30 am-12.30 pm – GENTLE YOGA FOR ALL STAGES OF LIFE Fenella's emphasis is to create a warm and welcoming approach to her classes and retreats which clearly benefit her student's longer term health and wellbeing. Classes run as a course and you are actively encouraged to make up missed classes at other times, subject of course to availability. Please have your own mat, brick and belt for the online and in person classes and knee pads/hand towel if required.
