Winemaker José Quintana explains how decisions in the cellar shape the wine in your glass
A practical, relaxed, glass-in-hand tasting exploring how much of what you taste comes from the vineyard versus the winemaker's choices. José is the winemaker behind Vagabond's small batch wines, now made at its Canada Water Urban Winery. He produces around fifteen thousand bottles a year, all made with grapes grown in vineyards in Kent, Oxfordshire, Suffolk and Essex. This tasting will take you through four different wines.

Ticket Price: £30 plus booking fees.
