Alex Clarke is amongst the most in-demand and versatile young saxophonists emerging on the British jazz scene. Her fluent, melodic, style and warm, round, tone fit perfectly with the straight-ahead jazz standard and bebop repertoire she performs. She includes work at all the major UK jazz venues alongside the likes of Alan Barnes, Alex Garnett, Alec Dankworth, Bruce Adams and Art Themen and her 2022 album release "Only A Year" was received with much acclaim.
