Tiger Moth attack the stage with an abundance of energy to bring a musical experience like no other.
Started in 2009 by bandleader and songwriter Tim Hole, Tiger Moth is a London-based group playing an eclectic mix of world gypsy folk punk, including Balkan, Middle Eastern, Hispanic, and swing. As part of the burgeoning 'wiki-core' movement, Tim's original songs tell weird and wonderful stories, often about scientific facts and real historical figures. Going to a Tiger Moth show is like going on a wild ride through time and space! They're an ideal act for folk stages at festivals because their infectious beats always get a crowd up and dancing.
