Join Amy Chapman (@inthecottagegarden) to discuss her new book Dopamine Gardening and dig into simple, seasonal projects to bring a little more green – and a healthy hit of dopamine (your 'feel-good hormone') – to everyday life.
A new talent in the gardening world, with over half a million followers across her social media platforms, Amy Chapman's refreshing voice appeals and resonates with all audiences – brilliantly tapping into two major trends: the concept of 'dopamine' and the pursuit of happiness through practical, outdoor activities. Her debut book Dopamine Gardening is full of joyful bitesize projects for every season and any space.
Amy Chapman started gardening when she bought her little cottage in the countryside of West Wales, complete with stream and ducks. She has a particular interest in organic, regenerative vegetable growing and creative gardening projects. Having grown up in a working-class family, Amy is devoted to sharing accessible projects which can be done in a small space and on a budget. Amy is passionate about reaching people who aren't currently gardeners, offering them a unique perspective and new ideas to get them hooked on gardening, so that they too can reap the benefits that it brings. Her debut book Dopamine Gardening is out 12 March 2026.
