A highly experienced live and session drummer with a stunning array of credits to his name, Vince Dunn has worked with some of the biggest names in pop, jazz and soul, including Pharrell Williams, Madonna, Cleo Laine, Courtney Pine and Liane Carroll! Also in demand as an educator running his own clinics as well as teaching at prestigious music institutions such as the Brit School, his enthusiasm, dedication and skill have propelled him to the very top of his field. For this 606 show, Vince is bringing his Medicine Band to the Club, whose set features an eclectic mix of jazz, funky grooves, Latin and soul. And what a band it is, with Carl Hudson (Omar, Boy George)-keys, Simon Bates (Jamie Cullum, Rick Astley)-sax along with Michael Searl (Aaron Liddard, Andy Watts)-bass and Lauren Dalrymple-vocals, who in addition to organising & hosting the famed SoFF Jazz Jam for over 20 years is known as a fabulous scat singer.
