Wasteland is a post-apocalyptic night set in a world where all systems have failed. Led by our ever-unreliable Impresario, Francis G. Hastly, Cabinet Sinistro presents a procession of performers drawn from a ruined medical world: medics, patients, survivors and symptoms, all circling the same question:
What happens when the world ends?
Expect live performances spanning dark cabaret, drag, burlesque and sideshow, blurring the line between treatment and theatre. Bodies are examined, repaired, exposed and repurposed. Protocols break down. Improvisation takes over.
From the moment you arrive, the environment shifts. Guests are welcomed into a contaminated zone – a space part field hospital, part wasteland, where nothing feels entirely safe.
There is no linear story and no promised cure.
This is not recovery, this is change.
For one night only, The Bedford becomes a place you weren't meant to enter — and won't leave unchanged.
All are welcome to step into the shadows of this eccentric gathering, where embracing an open mind is the sole prerequisite for exploring the delicious aberrance of the night.
